Angeline Cornelia is the Founder and Owner of On The Rise Projects LLC, a licensed and insured New York City home improvement company serving homeowners, property managers, building owners, and real estate professionals throughout the five boroughs.

With more than 20 years of corporate and entrepreneurial experience, Angeline brings a strong background in leadership, operations, investigations, risk management, client service, and project coordination. She holds an MBA and a master’s degree in cybersecurity, experiences that strengthened her approach to organization, accountability, problem-solving, communication, and attention to detail.

At On The Rise Projects, Angeline oversees the client experience from initial consultation through project completion. Working alongside experienced construction professionals and skilled tradespeople, she coordinates project planning, scheduling, communication, vendor relationships, documentation, and overall project management to help ensure each assignment is handled professionally and efficiently.

Her approach is built around one principle: clients should feel informed, respected, and confident throughout the entire process. Whether coordinating a residential renovation, apartment turnover, property improvement project, or recurring work assignment, Angeline emphasizes clear communication, realistic expectations, organized execution, and dependable follow-through.

Before launching On The Rise Projects, Angeline founded ID Legacy Enterprise II LLC, a private advisory firm serving entrepreneurs, professionals, families, and business owners. Her experience building and leading the firm further strengthened her background in entrepreneurship, client management, business operations, strategic planning, and compliance-focused processes.

Today, her vision for On The Rise Projects extends beyond individual renovation projects. She is building a company focused on developing long-term relationships with homeowners, property managers, developers, building owners, and real estate organizations throughout New York City.
